Northfield and Birch Run are part of the master-planned Wynne Farms community located in the southern part of Brownsburg. Northfield and Birch Run are part of the Brownsburg Community School District. Its highly rated schools include White Lick Elementary, Brownsburg West Middle School, and Brownsburg High School. This website has been established to facilitate the communication between residents, association board members, committees, and the HOA management company Omni management services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding HOA matters, you can contact Omni here. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.
This newly designed website has several great features. On the front page you will find Local News Headlines, Local Weather Forecast, a list of the latest HOA Documents, and an Event Calendar. You will also find links to a Frequently Asked Questions page, a quick link to the Omni Caliber Portal and there is also a great list of links to local websites on the Helpful Links page.
There are many documents available on the Documents and Forms page. The Financial Reports are Password Protected, so you must Login in order to access these. Please contact Omni if you don’t know what your username and password are for logging in and accessing these documents.
